Gas adsorption - porosimetry
- Gas adsorption is used to measure surface areas and porosity of solids. Specific surface area is calculated by Langmuir or BET methods. Microporous and mezoporu distribution of effective radii by a variety of methods. 4 independent dewars, applied adsorbed - nitrogen or other non-corrosive gas with an appropriate condenser, QUADRASORB SI Kr / with standard Autosorb Degassers and accessories.
